Returns and Refunds

To ensure that the Crystal Singing Bowl you choose is right for you, we offer a free advisory service, audio and visual recordings. If you are unsure if this process is sufficient for you to determine what you like to purchase, you may book a one-to-one appointment with Genevra in person, to play the bowls before you commit to purchasing.  Therefore we are unable to offer a returns policy if you change your mind unless by prior arrangement with Genevra before purchase.   This does not affect your statutory rights if the bowl damaged or broken upon arrival.

All our bowls are quality checked before leaving us to ensure that they ‘sound’ and are not faulty in anyway.

Natural flaws and imperfections.

Because of the nature of the complex creation process and composition of the Crystal Singing Bowls, they are not visually ‘perfect’ like glassware. The bowls often have air bubbles, marks, chips, ‘spiderweb’ lines and irregular textures. This does not effect the value or the sound of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.

We cannot accept responsibility for breakages that happen once the bowl has been unpackaged. You are required to purchase insurance for your bowls against accidental damage. If you would like us to asses the bowls for accidental damage with the option of re-birthing/healing. Please get in touch.

BROKEN, FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED ITEMS

If an item is received in a damaged condition, or if the item you have received is not the one you ordered, please contact us immediately by email. We will organise a courier to collect the faulty/incorrect bowl(s) and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.   Please be advised that you will need to check the packaging as soon as you take delivery of the item and do not sign for the item if the packaging is damaged in anyway until you have checked the contents.  Please open the box whilst the courier is present and only sign for the item if your order is complete and intact.

If you purchase an Alchemy bowl and the box is damaged upon arrival, we will require you to take a photograph before it has been opened. If it arrives broken or fractured and will not play we will offer a full refund upon its return.

Incorrectly supplied item

If the goods are not in the alchemical blend, size or note that you ordered, please let us know immediately and we will organise a collection and the redelivery of your order. Please ensure the bowl is packed in the exact packaging that it arrived within to protect it during the delivery back to us.

Broken upon arrival

You are required to let us know immediately if the box is damaged in anyway.

You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged box before opening, the outer and inner packaging and the bowl itself as it within the packaging.

If the bowl is broken, you will be required to return it to us in all of its original packaging, we will in this instance organise a courier to collect the sealed box and contents on the following working day.

Upon receipt of the broken bowl, you will receive either a full refund or a credit note to purchase another bowl.

Faulty

If there are any problems in playing the alchemy due to its natural formation or a manufacturing fault, please let us know immediately. If we cannot resolve the problem we will offer you a credit note:

For returns due to being unable to play the bowl because of its natural formation, within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a full credit note.

For returns due to being unable to play the bowl because of a manufacturing fault, within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a full credit note.

If the fault is reported after 7 days and/or if the bowl has been used we will offer a credit note less a 15% restocking fee. After 14 days we do not accept returns.

It will be your responsibility to ensure that the bowl arrives back to us in perfect condition in the packaging it arrived within, please use any additional padding to ensure the bowl is very secure within the packaging itself.

Returns from outside the UK for non-payment of importing charges

As outlined in the original invoice email from us, for any purchases outside the UK. The recipient will need to understand the importing charge regulations within their country before purchasing the bowls. Should you refuse to pay the importing charges for your bowl/s when the parcel arrives at its destination then subsequently the bowls are returned to us this will incur charges. This type of return can take several months to arrive back with us in the UK as the parcel can be held in customs for a long time due to the administration involved before we receive the parcel. In this instance will issue you a refund, or a credit note, less the shipping cost of returning the bowls and less a 15% restocking fee in the instance that the bowls are returned to us due to failure of importing charge payments being satisfied.
