Due to the nature of the Alchemies, we always recommend a case and will not send bowls over 9" without a case as in the past we have had breakages and without the protection of a case, our insurance will not cover this event. Since earlier this year, we have had to find a way to offer safe arrivals and so now all our larger bowls come within a carry case

If a bowl is under 8" and you do not wish to have a case, we use reinforced packaging and also take additional insurance for the bowl during transit. We do however have to charge £15 for this service, whereas usually our courier delivery is free.
