The direction (counter/clockwise) in which your play the bowls will feel different as you deepen in your connection to your body and the universe.
Play intuitively
Tone, sing, express anything you may feel to vocally
Stay present and mindful, witness your natural inner guidance, notice signs of release, breath and movement of energy
Play until it’s the moment to stop
Finish with a deeper grounding frequency and allow the sounds to fade into silence
Place your mallet on the floor and reconnect with yourself always.
Sit in the silence and receive
Move slowly and gently
