Playing the bowls for personal use

  • Create a sacred space

  • Have an awareness of breath and your connection to your whole body

  • Be still within

  • Place your hands on the sides of your bowl

  • Tune into your inner being

  • Open to receive your innate wisdom

  • Surrender

  • Strike the bowl gently to set the tone

  • - Know that in your absolute conscious presence, the space is cleared

  • - Release expectations

The direction (counter/clockwise) in which your play the bowls will feel different as you deepen in your connection to your body and the universe.

  • Play intuitively 

  • Tone, sing, express anything you may feel to vocally

  • Stay present and mindful, witness your natural inner guidance, notice signs of release, breath and movement of energy

  • Play until it’s the moment to stop

  • Finish with a deeper grounding frequency and allow the sounds to fade into silence

  • Place your mallet on the floor and reconnect with yourself always.

  • Sit in the silence and receive

  • Move slowly and gently

  • Stretch if you need to

  • Sleep if you need to

  • If you feel drawn to write something
