How to take care of your Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls Cleaning
All of the Crystal Tones® Singing Bowls can be cleaned if necessary. Please take care when doing so, different surfaces will require a different cleaning method.
Chips, marks and ‘scars’ will not be removed by washing the bowl. They are a natural manifestation of the crystal body and express uniqueness of each Alchemy bowl.
We recommend that you test a small area on the base of the bowl and leave for 24 hours to ensure that the bowl is happy with the process.
For bowls that have a very smooth finish:
Wet a glass cloth and ring out the excess water.
Place a towel underneath the bowl and make sure it is not likely
to roll off the surface.
Wipe the bowl with the wet glass cloth. You may want to wear
gloves to ensure that oil from your fingers and hands does not transfer onto the surface you
are trying to clean.
With a dry glass cloth, buff the surfaces.
For bowls with a textured surface eg: Selenite, Frosted, Salt or Indian Pipestone
Use water and a clean (without residue from cleaning products such as bleach etc.) plastic dish washer brush.
Be very gentle, moving in a circular motion.
Leave to air dry or use a hairdryer to dry the bowl.
Some porous crystals and minerals are water soluble, so this process is not recommended to
be undertaken frequently and is not essential.
Cleaning is always done at your own discretion and risk.
Cleansing and recharging
There are several ways to cleanse and recharge the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
Play the bowl anticlockwise, to clear any heavy energy.
Play the bowl intuitively, with an intention that the bowl be cleared of all energy and filled with the highest and purest vibrations of love and light.
Use visualisation and imagine a beam or stream of pure, vibrant white light pouring down into the bowl.
Use ‘Clear to Light’ or ‘Crystal Clear.’ These are odourless essences created by PetalTones and can be bought at our workshops or posted to you at a later date. Get in touch if you would like to use these or purchase on one of our training courses

How to pack your Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls
1. Fully unzip your bespoke case
2. Put your bowl inside a bag - this makes it easy to pull the bowl out again.
3. The bowl should fit snuggly inside the case. If it doesn’t put padding around the outside of the bowl (Fabric or bubblewrap)
4. Place a sheet of bubble wrap over the top if you wish to fit inside a second bowl (at least 3/4” smaller diameter)
5. Place the second bowl in a bag and slide into the larger bowl. This should be a snug fit (but not forced)
6. Bring the rest of the bubble wrap into the smaller bowl and make sure the bowls are not touching one another
7. Put the mallet in the front pocket and the O- rings in the sleeve
8. Ensure your bag is zipped up fully and your handle secured.
9. Ready to go!
