In addition to Crystal Sonic Practice following all government guidelines, with the possible local lockdowns and any 'second wave' of Covid-19, we have redesigned our training offering for our Foundation in Crystal Sonic Therapy (CST-01) and will in time begin sharing all our other levels of training with appropriate adjustments in place.
We understand the difficulties Covid-19 presents for everyone trying to plan. In an effort to cater for any last minute local lockdowns or changes in government guidelines, we want to offer more flexibility for our prospective students when enrolling. We also want to offer a spacious and safe space that embraces minimal in-person contact within our groups.
With this in mind and heart, to begin, we have carefully restructured our intensive Foundation weekend so all theory is taught online with experiential learning split in two intensive learning sessions on separate dates. Although due to the spacious nature of sound healing, we do not require close contact when learning and practicing, we have mindfully tailored the practical aspects of the courses to be respectful of health concerns. The groups which are normally 16 students for our Foundation weekends, will be reduced to 6 students. With Genevra and Julia as your tutors, there will be a total of 8 in the space and this will allow for the designated amount of space required between each person.
COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES AT THE TEMPLE OF ALCHEMIES
With the public health concerns on everyone's mind, we want to reassure you that we are taking extra steps so everyone continues to be looked after as much as possible while visiting us. The safety and wellbeing of our clients is incredibly important to us. Please ensure that you read this information carefully prior to booking an appointment or training course at the Temple of Alchemies. We recognise that our collective wellbeing is an ongoing collaboration and we ask that anyone visiting us helps our effort by honouring the following guidelines:
It is now compulsory for clients to wear a face covering when visiting the Temple of Alchemies for any one-to-one/private appointments. To reduce environmental impact, we kindly request that you please bring your own reusable face covering.
PREVENT + PROTECT
We are acting to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and to protect our clients:
If you develop even the slightest symptom related to Covid-19 ahead of your booking, please email us so we can reschedule.
If we exhibit any symptoms or suspect we’ve been in contact with someone displaying symptoms associated with Covid-19, we will reschedule our appointment with you.
Hand sanitiser is provided at the front door of Meantime Studios and again at the entrance of Temple of Alchemies.
We ask that all guests wash their hands upon arrival to the building, before coming upstairs to the studio. The washrooms are located on the ground and first floors.
Any equipment used for a one-to-one session will be disinfected between each client.
We currently are not providing shared equipment for sound baths such as mats or blankets, we kindly ask that you bring your own mat, blanket, and essentials so you may be comfortable relaxing throughout the sonic journey.
After every session, all contacted surfaces (such as door handles and water taps) are disinfected appropriately and once a day our space has a deep clean.
We are cashless which helps to minimise contact.
Your practitioner will also be wearing a face covering during any one-to-one therapies where social distancing can’t be maintained.
We have reduced our course sizes to maintain a distance of two metres between each person in the studio, and have our windows open to provide ventilation. The windows will be open no matter the weather, so we kindly request that you bring a jumper or blanket with you for your own comfort.
For courses, we have adapted all of our training to comply with social distancing - we are very grateful to work with expansive healing energies that do not require close contact to be effective. The courses, as always, will be full of healing energy and deepening experiences, but will not include any touch so any risk to our students is drastically reduced.
If you are visiting us for a consultation to play crystal instruments, in addition to a face covering, you will also be required to wear disposable gloves whilst playing the bowls. We will provide these for you.
If you arrive early, please wait outside until your appointment time to avoid congestion near the studio entrance.
We ask you to refrain from touching any bowls or mallets while visiting us unless you’ve booked a consultation and are wearing gloves.
Please leave your shoes, coat, umbrella, etc. outside our door in the space provided. You are welcome to bring your bag and any valuables inside with you.
For groups exiting the studio and putting shoes on, please do so being mindful of social distancing, allowing for others to collect their belongings and go before you gather anything on the landing.
PERSONAL
We are grateful to you for helping us ensure that a safe distance is maintained between yourself and the other guests during group classes. For the reassurance of everyone, we also ask that if you have even a slight symptom (cough, fever, change to sense of taste or smell) or have been in touch with anyone that has, please let us know and come another time, we are happy to reschedule. If possible, we can alternatively carry your session out remotely so you can rest at home.
